Meet The Craftsmen

Huckleberry Hardscapes was founded a decade ago by John Alsteen, a young man from the backwoods of Wisconsin, armed with nothing but a sledgehammer, a dream, and a determination to learn. He trained alongside some of the best professionals in the business, honing his skills in concrete and hardscaping across the Rockies. Over the years, Huckleberry Hardscapes has grown into a company built on trust, craftsmanship, and a commitment to putting our clients’ needs first.

As a small, dedicated team, we offer something the big companies can’t: personal attention, collaborative design, and genuine passion from craftsmen who care about every detail. We’re not just contractors, we’re partners in bringing your outdoor vision to life.

Every stone we place, every design we create, and every relationship we build reflects our commitment to honest communication, quality materials, and meticulous attention to detail.
